I. Overview:

The GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear consists of two parts: the power distribution center (PC) cabinet and the motor control center (MCC). It is suitable for power users such as power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises as an AC 50Hz, maximum working voltage up to 660V, and maximum working current up to 3150A distribution system. It is used for power distribution, motor control, and lighting distribution equipment's electrical energy conversion and distribution control.

II. Environmental conditions for use

1. The altitude does not exceed 2000m;

2. The ambient air temperature shall not exceed+4C ° C, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed+35 ° C. The ambient air temperature shall not be lower than -50 ° C;

3. Atmospheric conditions: The air is clean, and the relative humidity does not exceed 50% at a temperature of+4 ° C. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at+20 ° C;

4. Places without fire, explosion hazards, serious pollution, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration;

5. Tilt no more than 5 degrees from the vertical plane;

6. This product is suitable for transportation and storage at temperatures ranging from -25 ° C to+55 ° C, and should not exceed+70 ° C in a short period of time (not exceeding 24 hours).

III. Structural characteristics

The basic cabinet frame of this series of products is a combination assembly structure. All structural components of the cabinet frame are connected to each other by screws to form a basic frame. Then, doors, baffles, partitions, drawers, installation brackets, busbars, and electrical components are added as needed to assemble a complete switchgear. This cabinet has the following characteristics:

The frame is made of shaped steel, positioned using three-dimensional angle plates, and bolted to a non welded structure to avoid welding deformation and stress, thereby improving installation accuracy.

The installation holes of the frame and components vary according to the modulus E=20mm.

The internal structural components are treated with galvanizing. After external acid washing and phosphating treatment, electrostatic epoxy powder coating is used.
